FTHP Christmas Morning Feeding

Post event update:

Peachtree Christian Church, Wounded Warrior Project and FTHP teamed up and made the Christmas morning event a huge success. Thank you so much for all of you who participated!  We had over 200 volunteers. What a success!  We welcomed 175+ people, and provided a hot breakfast, a useful gift, live music and a warm holiday environment.

For years we have heard from so many…..
“Will FTHP have a Christmas morning feeding this year?”

The last time we produced a holiday feeding was 2011.

We are pleased to announce that we will organize and
produce a wonderful Christmas Day Celebration 2014 event!
So please mark your calendar to join us early on Christmas morning.
Our friends at Peachtree Christian Church have volunteered to
host this year’s event at their historic church in Midtown.
Also partnering with us this year is the Wounded Warrior Project organization.

Our festive day will start with Peachtree Christian Church
dispatching their buses to go out and pick up those deserving men and women
and transport them to 1580 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, 30309.

We will create a warm atmosphere in the dining hall complete with a
breakfast, music and gifts.

If you participated in the experience in the past
or if you think you would enjoy bringing more meaning to the day,
please respond to this email and contact our special events Chair, Lee Ann at lasaxton27@yahoo.com

Lee Ann can give you more details about our plans and how you can help.
